Deepening of the goetheanistic methodology towards observation and thinking faculty building inorder to outline the path of spiritual diagnosis as complement to mainstream medical diagnostics. Understanding of the Etheric Body as system of regeneration and live-giving functions and forces. Development of the concrete understanding how thinking capacities and live processes are interacting and promoting physical and spiritual health. Follow up of a variety of single case studies and disease management examples.

This program occurs in a series of at least a week training every year for five years (five modules).

2019 will be the second module for IPMT Malaysia (2nd Cycle).

Malaysia IPMT hosts the following groups and the groups’ focuses in 2019.

(I) Anthroposophic Nursing Care (lead by Michelle Vette)
Theme : 
The Four Elements in Care
Description:Caring for our selves and others requires knowledge and understanding of the environment we are working in, the situation of the person needing care and our own constitution and capacities. There is much we can do to support health and well being effectively in practical hands on ways.
This workshop will explore the four elements and how we can recognise their signature in our environment and respond to this. We will practice and experience a range of external therapies, working with plants, teas, and oils etc. We will consider our own response and expression of the the four elements. We will come to know the enduring warmth of healthy touch, the aerating scent of plant essential oils, the dilution and carrying  capacities of water and the stability and form of the earth element together.

(II) Fundamentals of Anthroposophic Nutritional Therapy (lead by Dr Joean Onn)
Theme: Which kind of nutrition can strengthen our life forces, which can weaken them.
Description: Quality of food. Meaning of nutrition for social life and individual health
The role fo cultivation. Which diet is suitable for children, elderly and people in special health challenges? What is a healthy breakfast – lunch – dinner?

(III) Eurythmy (lead by Lai Hsin-Shih)
Theme: The flow of vitality – the breathing in the rhythm –
Description: Rhythm is the life of time. The morning and night, the four seasons, the 12 months and weeks, the waxing and waning of the moon.. we are existing in the flow of time. A good rhythm can rejuvenate ourselves deeply and become more lively and leading our daily life becoming more present. And being able to allow our movements more in the flow of the time would make us more active and healthy.
Through the music and poetry, we will explore the different qualities of the time, the rhythm. To move and experience the flexibility of life in the changing of the time element. To learn and enjoy the breathing with the time.

(IV) Biography Work :(lead by Dr Susanne Hofmeister)

Topic: The influence of the planet forces on the thread of life.
Description : The view on the rhythm of the planets and their influence on the human development is specific for the anthroposophical biography work.The Moon, Mercury and Venus determine our destiny, whereas the Mars, Jupiter and Saturn are helping us to be freed from it. The sun connects them all.The Moon characterizes the force of imitation, Mercury the force of exchange and the Venus provides space filled with interpersonal warmth. Mars characterizes the power of persuasiveness, Jupiter is characterized as counselor and the Saturn has deep knowledge of death and rebirth.Which influence have the planets on the seven year periods of life? Which influence on the older age? How can we come to a deeper understanding of the different qualities and learn to use them in our daily life?

(V) Curative Education in Practice:  ( lead by Dr Andrea Seemann)
Theme:
Children with Mysteries – Medical-Pedagogical Diagnostics and Therapy
Description: We will talk about behavioural and emotional disorders with onset in childhood and adolescence and find ways of understanding and help. The participants are welcome to prepare examples and questions out of your own experience.

(VI) Anthroposophic Medicine : (lead by Dr Daphne Von Boch)
Theme: 
Inflammation and Sclerosis  
Description: The medicine group will study inflammation and sclerosis with focus examples on treatment of bronchopneumonia and abscess; as well as cancer, dementia, rheumathoid arthritis and diabetes mell.

(VII) Antroposophic Pharmacy : (lead by Salete Klett)
This session is available only to those health professionals who have either qualified in a registered field of practice, or are on a specific path of training.
Topic : Transformation Processes in the Plant Realm und in Pharmacy. Plant Based Metals
Description :We want to deepen the vision of the mineral kingdom by focusing on sulphureous, mercurial and saline processes.Elements such as fire, air, water and earth must be integrated into the mineral kingdom’s approach.The discernment of the ethers that are behind the phenomena and processes will be deepened.Among the processes of the mineral kingdom the processes of quartz and calcarea (flint and lime) stand out.A panoramic view of the processes present in the earth and acting in meteorology will be elaborated participatively.Experiments will help us to illustrate the related processes during the whole week. A dynamic participation is desired.Finally, a bridge between the processes described and the elaboration of medicines and their therapeutic action will be made.
Note: A space of time will be opened for the contribution and questions of the participants with more experience with the anthroposophical contents.

(VIII) Pillars of a Healthy Social Life: World Economy anf the Role of Money; Community Building, Healthy Relationships and Leadership;Threefold Human Being and Threefold Society (lead by Alexander Schwedeler)
Theme: Leadership of Myself and in the Organization
Description: We are all leaders in our circles of influence, be it in the family, in school, on the farm, or in business, or in any other team or organization. Development, innovation and change in the organization can only happen if I myself take leadership and responsibility for my own life. In this course we will explore and learn various concepts and tools for self- and organization-development. The course is open for anyone from all sectors.

(IX) Biodynamic Agriculture (Lead By Jakes Jayakaran)
Topic: Introduction to Spiritual Farming , also known as Biodynamic Farming  Description: Earth – Cosmos polarity and Lime – Silica polarity; Discussion on BD farming medicine (also called BD preparations); Introduction to basic Astronomy and BD Farming work Planning Calendar; What is the DEMETER brand.

(X) Anthroposophic Art Therapy (Lead By Karin Jarman)
Topic:
7 days of the week in relation to the planets
Description:
Living in mindful consciousness with each day of the week, linking in with the characteristics of the planetary qualities and Steiner’s contemporary version of the eightfold path of Buddha is a wonderful way to bring sacredness in every day life. Participants will have an image and poem for each day to take home as well as Steiner’s exercises to embark on a journey to make positive changes in life.
